Elementi was born from friendship and a shared desire to do things differently. We didn’t set out to replicate the past – we set out to reimagine it. Rooted in Italian tradition, yes – but unmistakably our own.

Our approach blends heritage with imagination. We honour age-old techniques – from the Tipo 1 flour in our dough to the way we layer flavour – but we’re not afraid to push boundaries. To us, tradition and innovation aren’t opposites. They’re ingredients in the same dish.
Leading the kitchen is Head Chef Stefano, named Best Pizzaiolo in Australia at the 2024 Campionato Mondiale Della Pizza in Parma. His precision, creativity, and commitment to excellence shape everything we serve – pizza and beyond.
